Job summary

Tradesmen International, LLC is urgently seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in or around Warren, OH. This first shift role offers a competitive pay rate of $27-$29/hour based on experience. Candidates will perform various maintenance tasks, including electrical and plumbing work, drywall repairs, and overall site maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience performing general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Basic knowledge of using PPE and hand tools.
• Ability to perform drywall patching and light repair work.

Responsibilities

• Complete electrical work including converting fire systems from wired to wireless.
• Patch holes and perform drywall repairs or replacements.
• Support overall site maintenance and repair needs.

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in or around Warren, OH. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $27-$29/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Perform general maintenance work throughout the facility
• Replace and install ceiling lights
• Switch cover plates, including converting duplex to single and installing GFCI outlets
• Perform hot and cold water system work including draining systems and replacing faucets
• Complete electrical work including converting fire systems from wired to wireless
• Patch holes and perform drywall repairs or replacements
• Replace doors as needed
• Support overall site maintenance and repair needs

Requirements:

• Must have experience performing general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
• Must have basic PPE and hand tools
• Must be able to perform drywall patching and light repair work
• Must be reliable and able to start on scheduled date
• Must be safety-conscious and able to follow site procedures
• Must be able to work under direction of site contact as needed
