Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment according to scheduled plans
• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
• Listen for unusual machine operation or sounds to detect malfunctions
• Disassemble machinery, replace defective parts, and reassemble
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain bearings, gears, shafts, and components
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, transformers, motors, etc.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Install, maintain, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and piping systems
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Complete maintenance documentation and communicate issues to supervisors
