Candidates will perform various maintenance tasks, including electrical and plumbing work, drywall repairs, and overall site maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience performing general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Basic knowledge of using PPE and hand tools.
• Ability to perform drywall patching and light repair work.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance work throughout the facility.
• Replace and install ceiling lights.
• Complete electrical work including converting fire systems from wired to wireless.
• Patch holes and perform drywall repairs or replacements.
• Support overall site maintenance and repair needs.
