Asset Living in Waco, Texas, is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for carrying out maintenance processes at the property. This role requires daily onsite attendance and involves responding to work orders, maintaining common areas, and performing preventative maintenance.

Responsible for assisting in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. Also responsible for the make‑ready process in alignment with the property’s operational objectives under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
Salary Range: $25 per hour to $28 per hour
