Asset Living is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance operations across our communities in Illinois. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, and assist with make-ready processes under supervision.
The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety standards. On-site responsibilities include potential on-call shifts and a focus on resident satisfaction and property safety.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. The Technician also supports the make‑ready process in a manner consistent with the property’s operational objectives under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
At Asset Living, compensation decisions consider skill set, background, training, certifications, and other relevant experience. The offer depends on the facts associated with each specific candidate’s relevant experience for the role. Salary Range: $19 per hour to $21 per hour.
