Lynco Properties is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and improvements on facilities and equipment at our properties. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of maintenance experience and is skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues.

This on-site role requires a safety-minded, detail-oriented professional who can work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general maintenance systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Assist with painting, drywall, flooring, and general repairs.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilledMaintenance Technicianto perform routine maintenance, repairs, and improvements on equipment, buildings, and facilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure facilities and equipment remain in good working condition
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general maintenance issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
• Conduct inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Assist with property upkeep, including painting, drywall, flooring, and general repairs
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Communicate effectively with management and team members

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred (1–3 years or more a plus)
• Working knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb as needed
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
