Qualifications

• 3+ years of property maintenance or related field experience preferred.
• Proficiency in basic maintenance tasks: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and drywall.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively; excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
