Title: Maintenance Technician FSLA Status: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Maintenance Lead

Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED. Experience with the use of hand tools and electric power tools.
Knowledge and Skills:
General working knowledge of heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electric, carpentry and appliance repair. Must have a general knowledge of fire alarm and sprinkler system. A valid Oklahoma driver’s license is required. Good communication and listening skills. Detail-oriented; computer literate. Understanding of alcohol/drug dependence and co-occurring disorders.

This position accesses no personnel and client files.
Physical Requirements:
Lifting up to 50 pounds and able to negotiate stairs.
