Pay and Benefits

1. Pay Range: $26.08 to $36.96 based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience.

4. 1.5 Pay over 8 hrs. and over 40
5. 1.5 Pay Saturday and Sunday
6. 1.5 Pay Holidays + additional OT over 8 hours on holidays

8. PCA provides paid training to help technicians advance through the skill levels and achieve higher pay.
9. Technicians supply their own basic hand tools. PCA provides a tool stipend (or replacement) to help technicians maintain basic hand tools. PCA provides all special and heavy tools.
10. PCA provides Safety shoes and Safety Glass stipends.

Responsibilities

This position is based at the PCA Box Plant located in Burlington, Wisconsin.

This position will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.

Technicians work as part of a team to safely perform Preventive Maintenance Activities as well as answer breakdown calls in a Production Environment.

All Maintenance Technician positions are multicraft and training is provided to develop these skills.

Basic Qualifications

1. 2+ Years’ experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
2. A Technical Degree in the Mechanical or Electrical Trades is a plus.
3. Be Authorized to work in the US.
4. Experience in the Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry is a plus.

The production schedule is 3 shifts. Maintenance Technicians are placed on shifts according to plant needs and seniority. Opportunities to change shifts are available when organization changes occur or production schedules change.
