Hacienda Del Sol Resort in Tucson, AZ seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general repairs across the facility, including plumbing, electrical, and pool maintenance. The role requires inspecting systems, preventive maintenance, and coordinating with outside contractors when needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs general plumbing, electrical, and repairs to the facility’s equipment and systems.
• Inspects equipment and systems to identify problems or issues.
• Cleans and repairs pools and fountains
• Conducts preventive maintenance to ensure that plumbing and electrical systems continue operating properly.
• Obtains services of outside contractors when repairs require specialized training.
• Performs general cleaning tasks in the facility.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

Duties are performed in indoor and outdoor settings. Will be exposed to extreme hot and cold weather, wind, dust and noise.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in related field preferred.
