Job summary

Hacienda Del Sol Resort in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general repairs to the facility. You will work on plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, inspect equipment, and maintain pools and fountains.

Qualifications

• General plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repair experience.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail.
• Strong time management and analytical skills.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general plumbing, electrical, and repairs to facility equipment and systems.
• Inspects equipment and systems to identify problems.
• Cleans and repairs pools and fountains
• Conducts preventive maintenance to ensure proper operation of plumbing/electrical systems.
• Works with outside contractors for specialized repairs.
• Performs general cleaning tasks.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
