Job summary

Prestige Property Management Inc. is seeking a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team in Tucson, AZ. The ideal candidate is reliable, a team player, and a problem solver with maintenance experience.

Responsibilities include conducting routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as evap coolers, plumbing fixtures, minor electrical work, and general maintenance to keep them operating efficiently. On-call availability nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must have own tools and truck/van
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
