Cristal Clear Cleaning LLC. in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep facilities running smoothly. You’ll perform routine maintenance on building systems, inspect for issues, and document repairs, with a focus on reliability and safety.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of maintenance experience, strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, and is available on nights/weekends. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques.
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends.
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs.
• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs.
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
