Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics.
• Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC).

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow diagrams, blueprints, schematics, instructions, and operation manuals.
• Maintaining a schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery.
• Cleaning, repairing, and installing equipment and parts as needed.
• Operating a variety of hand and power tools.
• Must be able to understand how to use testing equipment, such as a multimeter.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Performing general maintenance work on buildings as assigned.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. while also able to push or pull up to 80 lbs.
• Will be required to adhere to policies in place per company or federal guidelines.
• Will be required supply hand tools used while working that meet required regulations.
• Ability to work a continental schedule of 12-hour shifts, potential overnight scheduling, and possible required overtime.
• Perform any other duties, as assigned, to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of products, processes, and work environment.

Qualifications:

• Associates or technical degree, preferred. (CIT, INT, or EAT certification, recommended)
• 3 years of experience within industrial manufacturing maintenance, preferred.
• Prior Welding experience (preferred)
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Business System (or equivalent).
• Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to act competently in emergencies.
• Prior diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance experience.
• Ability to follow manufacturer’s specifications and direction.
• Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC)
