Job summary

Newport Pacific Capital Co Inc is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for a 187-space park in Corona, California. The role involves building and facility upkeep, plumbing and electrical tasks, submeter utility management, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and basic carpentry.

The candidate should be skilled with hand tools and maintenance equipment, able to work solo or as part of a team, and respond to occasional urgent issues after hours.
