Capstone On-Campus Management is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician at Innovation Ridge, located at Appalachian State University. The role includes responding to maintenance requests, coordinating vendors, and performing inspections and repairs across on-site units.
You’ll support after-hours emergencies and assist with building upkeep and grounds to maintain curb appeal. A strong toolbox and multitasking ability are required.

Salary: $21.00-$25.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits package
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Under the direct supervision of the Director, the Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for all aspects of facility maintenance, renovation, and repair. This position serves on a maintenance on-call rotation assisting with after-hours maintenance emergencies.
