Job summary

Azura of Mukwonago is seeking a dependable Maintenance & Housekeeping Technician to join our community in Mukwonago, WI. This full-time role covers general repairs, basic plumbing/electrical tasks, safety checks, and day-to-day housekeeping to keep resident areas welcoming and comfortable.

You will work a 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM shift with every other weekend, prioritizing teamwork and hands-on problem solving while supporting residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or housekeeping experience preferred
• Comfortable using basic tools and completing hands-on tasks
• Dependable, organized, and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Takes pride in keeping a community clean, safe, and well-maintained

Responsibilities

• Maintenance: Perform general repairs and routine maintenance throughout the community
• Maintenance: Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and equipment repairs
• Maintenance: Complete safety inspections and address maintenance concerns
• Maintenance: Help with furniture assembly, room setups, and general upkeep
• Housekeeping: Clean and maintain resident rooms and common areas
• Housekeeping: Keep community spaces clean, organized, and welcoming
• Housekeeping: Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed

We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking team member to join us in a combined Maintenance and Housekeeping role! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, tackling maintenance projects, completing general repairs, and helping keep our community clean, comfortable, and welcoming for our residents.

What You’ll Do

Maintenance Responsibilities
