Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a family oriented company in Clifton Park, NY. The role is full-time, on-site, with a pay rate of $18-19 per hour and opportunities for long-term growth.

Responsibilities include apartment cleanouts, demo work, landscaping of common areas, snow removal, and other general labor tasks. Work schedule Monday–Friday 7am–3pm; hours may change.

Qualifications

• Able to withstand outdoor temperatures for long periods of time.
