Paragon has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Tech to join our team on 1 st shift in Titusville FL.
Position Responsibilities:
·Perform minor and major repair on all equipment
·Perform minor and major repair on industrial building.
·Disassembles systems components to support the correction of failures or implement changes
·Performs routine troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components
·Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components
·Knowledge of hot work permit
·Obtains estimates for supplies and repair parts
·Perform PM procedures on buildings and mechanical equipment and maintain records.
·Inspect components before installation and usage verifying cleanliness and serviceability of components
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
·1+ years’ experience in repair and maintenance
·1+ years’ experience reading and understanding basic engineering drawings and specifications
·The ability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds within a 10-hour shift
·Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
·Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience
·Commitment to safety protocols and best practices in a maintenance environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
·1+ years’ experience in electro-mechanical assembly and functions
·Welding and Fabrication
·Experience with instrumentation calibration and use
Shift
This position is for 1st shift 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday.
Pay Range: USD $20-$30 per hour + average $3.73/hour bonus
Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications
