Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units to ensure optimal performance.
• Repair major appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers.
• Perform electrical repairs, including switches, outlets, and fixtures.
• Conduct plumbing repairs and replacements.
• Carry out carpentry work, lock repairs, and replacements.
• Complete make-ready/punch-out tasks for vacant units.
• Assist in renovation projects to improve property quality.
• Maintain community curb appeal through landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure efficiency.

Qualifications

• HVAC and EPA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in apartment maintenance or related field.
