This position involves operating and maintaining boilers, auxiliary equipment, air handling, refrigeration, heating, and cooling systems. Tasks include repairs, scheduled inspections, chemical testing, data monitoring, emergency response, safety inspections, equipment calibration, and maintenance throughout the hospital.
Required: Valid Indiana Driver’s License. Preferred: 2+ years as a stationary engineer, plumbing and pipe fitting experience, knowledge of electrical controls, trade or technical school graduation, or completion of an apprenticeship in refrigeration maintenance.
