Job summary

The Liberty Group BH1 is looking for experienced HVAC Certified and Non-Certified Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians in Tampa, Florida. You will be responsible for responding to service requests, resolving maintenance issues, and providing outstanding customer service.

Candidates should possess at least 6 months of onsite experience, a valid I.D., and reliable transportation. A/C Certification is required. This is an excellent opportunity for those wanting to advance in their maintenance careers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests on time.

• Provide preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC systems.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Provide preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Qualifications
