Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities include electrical troubleshooting, conveyor system upkeep, and building installations.

The role requires climbing up to 40 feet, operating forklifts, and maintaining meticulous maintenance records. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience and may have electrical or vocational certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Electrical certification or vocational certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Repair and maintain Conveyor systems and related equipment.
• Work with single-phase and three-phase power and motors; replace protective devices and sensors as needed.
• Climb to elevated levels (up to 40 feet) to access equipment safely.
• Handle building related installations and maintenance including lighting, data/power installs, and furniture assembly.
• Paint and refurbish interior/exterior areas to maintain facility appearance.
• Document maintenance activities and keep detailed maintenance records.
• Operate hand and power tools, forklift, and other heavy equipment as required.
• Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor about repairs, faults, and incident reports.
• Other duties as assigned

Position Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment to meet required regulations and scheduling
• Experience with Conveyor systems is highly desired
• Knowledge of industrial electricity, including single-phase and three-phase power, motors, protective devices and/or photo sensors
• Willing and able to climb to the 40-foot level to make repairs with or without reasonable accomodation
• Perform building related installation and maintenance, including furniture assembly, data/ power installations, and lighting repair
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas
• Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including a forklift and other heavy equipment
• Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor and team with respect to repairs, faulty operations, defective materials, or parts and incident reports when necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience
