You will complete work orders, perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repairs, and document work in real-time using mobile tools. Training will be provided to learn new systems and technology as part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills across multiple trades
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and apartment make-readies in a timely manner
• Perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliances

• Access and manage work orders and inspections through a mobile app
• Document completed work with notes, photos, and videos in real time

• Perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliances
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• Use of company systems and mobile tools is part of daily responsibilities
• Access and manage work orders and inspections through a mobile app
• Document completed work with notes, photos, and videos in real time
• No prior experience with these systems is required; training will be provided. Candidates must be willing to learn and use technology as part of their daily work
