Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in injection molding maintenance or a related industrial maintenance occupation.
• 2 years of experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and/or electrical systems.
• 2 years of experience performing preventive maintenance on injection molding equipment.
• 2 years of experience with plant infrastructure systems including chillers, dryers, and/or pumps or similar industrial manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose equipment failures, and identify root causes in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Maintain and repair supporting production equipment, including conveyors and secondary equipment.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and repairs on facility equipment.
• Perform and support preventive maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company quality and operational standards.
• Maintain plant infrastructure systems, including chillers, dryers, pumps, and related auxiliary equipment.
• Assist with mold changes and equipment setup as required.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on plastic injection molding machines ranging from 650 to 2400 tons.

JOB TITLE: Maintenance Technician

JOB DUTIES:

The Maintenance Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on plastic injection molding equipment and related production systems. The position is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment to support continuous production operations. The role maintains plant infrastructure systems and supporting production equipment in compliance with company standards, TS/ISO requirements, and safety regulations.

The Maintenance Technician will also have the following duties:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose equipment failures, and identify root causes in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Maintain and repair supporting production equipment, including conveyors and secondary equipment.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and repairs on facility equipment.
• Perform and support preventive maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company quality and operational standards.
• Maintain plant infrastructure systems, including chillers, dryers, pumps, and related auxiliary equipment.
• Assist with mold changes and equipment setup as required.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plastic injection molding machines ranging from 650 to 2400 tons.
• Perform maintenance repair on injection molding machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks (PMs) as required.
• Maintain 5S standards, cleanliness, safety, and environmental compliance within assigned work areas.
