Perimeter Behavioral of Springfield is an inpatient facility for children and adolescents. We focus on providing exceptional treatment and support to children, adolescents, and their families through a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach.

Responsibilities include:

1. Repairs sheetrock, paints, changes light bulbs, ceiling tile maintenance, cleans carpets, strips, cleans, and buffs floors as needed.
2. Completes audits of electrical and HVAC systems as scheduled.
3. Maintains audit reports as needed.
4. Performs routine repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment.
5. Operates inside and outside equipment to ensure safety of lawn and parking areas due to mowing, snow, or ice as needed.
6. Ensures playground equipment is functioning safely.
7. Observes all safety guidelines within the facility.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or GED required.
2. At least 1 year of maintenance experience in a commercial building, including electrical and mechanical systems such as air conditioning.
3. Knowledge of safety measures and electrical/mechanical equipment.
4. Ability to perform sheetrock repairs and painting.
5. Ability to do routine labor and lift at least 40 pounds.

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and more.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day shift, 8-hour shifts.
