Job summary

Elevation Real Estate and Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Springdale, AR to perform general maintenance, repairs, and make-readies across apartment communities. You will complete work orders on schedule and ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• EPA 608 and HVAC certifications preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and grounds upkeep on schedule.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Ensure vacant units are rent-ready within established timelines and budgets.
• Assist in organizing and prioritizing service requests, make-readies, and projects.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the property's condition.
• Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Support special projects and capital improvements as directed.

What Will I Do?

• Complete work orders, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and grounds upkeep on schedule and to company standards
• Diagnose and repair standard maintenance issues including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances
• Ensure vacant units are made rent-ready within established timelines and budget guidelines
• Assist in organizing and prioritizing service requests, make-readies, and maintenance projects
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the property's physical condition
• Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and team members to ensure positive relationships and quality service
• Support special projects and capital improvements as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience in multifamily, construction, or a related field
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of apartment maintenance work
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently
• EPA 608 and HVAC certifications preferred but not required
