Elevation Real Estate & Management seeks a Roving Maintenance Technician to travel between Northwest Arkansas properties, performing repairs, make-readies, and preventative maintenance. This self-directed role requires strong time management and the ability to prioritize across multiple sites without on-site supervision.

• Minimum one year of maintenance experience in multifamily housing or related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; daily travel between properties.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry trades.
• Ability to manage time independently across multiple properties without on-site supervision.
• HVAC and EPA 608 certifications preferred but not required.
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Travel between assigned properties across the Northwest Arkansas portfolio to complete work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC filter changes and basic service, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, and drywall.
• Complete unit turns and assist with vacancy prep at multiple communities.
• Respond to maintenance requests within established timeframes and to Elevation's quality standards.
• Document completed work and communicate unit conditions to the property manager or maintenance supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shop and all assigned equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA standards on every property.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as scheduled.

The Roving Maintenance Technician travels between properties across Elevation's Northwest Arkansas portfolio, performing general maintenance, repairs, make-readies, and preventative maintenance tasks. What We're Looking For

• Minimum one year of maintenance experience in multifamily housing, or a related field
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation - daily travel between properties is a core expectation of this role
• Working knowledge of general maintenance trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Ability to manage time independently and prioritize across multiple properties without direct on-site supervision
• Strong communication skills and a professional, resident-friendly demeanor
• HVAC and EPA 608 certifications preferred but not required
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical functions typical of apartment maintenance work
