Job summary

Royal Life Center in Spokane, WA is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This part-time role calls for an all-around individual with experience across trades, or someone eager to learn and grow.

You will perform general building maintenance, handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and inspections, with a focus on preventive care and facility appearance. We offer a stable, long-term position with opportunities to develop new skills in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or related trades preferred.
• Willing to learn and expand skills across multiple areas.
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to lift and perform hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
• Handle tasks including: Plumbing, Basic electrical, Carpentry, Painting and repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and address issues proactively.
• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid further damage.
• Assist with power washing and maintaining overall facility appearance.
• Safely use hand and power tools.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
