Job summary

Royal Life Center in Spokane, WA is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. This role covers plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, painting and related repairs, along with routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep the facility in good shape.

The ideal candidate has experience in maintenance or related trades, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or related trades preferred.
• Willing to learn and expand skills across multiple areas.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Physically able to lift and perform hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections and address issues proactively.
• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid further damage.
• Assist with power washing and maintaining facility appearance.
