Real Property Management Express is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver consistently excellent living experiences for residents. You will handle maintenance requests with professionalism and care to keep homes safe, functional, and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.
• A sense of pride in completing high-quality work.
• You enjoy maintenance and working with your hands.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical intuition.
• Patience, clear communication, and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Property Maintenance - you will perform general maintenance, light electrical/plumbing/carpentry/painting, light groundskeeping, appliance maintenance, trash disposal, pool maintenance, and more.
• Customer Service - presentable front-line service, positive interactions with residents.
• Proactive Property Care - identify opportunities to improve the property while completing work orders.

You’ll handle maintenance requests with professionalism and care, ensuring homes are safe, functional, and welcoming. Your Responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician:

• Property Maintenance - You will provide maintenance work which could include: general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; light groundskeeping; light appliance installation/maintenance; trash/large object disposal; pool maintenance, and more.
• Customer Service - As a front line service team member, we want you to take pride in your appearance and how you interact with residents. A smile is part of the uniform.
• Proactive Property Care - While completing work orders, you’ll keep an eye out for other opportunities to improve the property. Your observations and initiative help us maintain high standards and provide lasting value to both residents and property owners.
