Job summary

Real Property Management Express is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure homes are safe, functional, and welcoming for residents. You will handle various maintenance tasks and deliver excellent customer service as part of a proactive team.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, problem solving, and pride in quality results, with opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company managing thousands of units.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Property Maintenance – perform general maintenance tasks including light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, appliance installation/maintenance, trash/large object disposal, pool maintenance, and more.
• Customer Service – interact with residents professionally and maintain a neat appearance as a frontline team member.
• Proactive Property Care – identify improvement opportunities during work orders to maintain high standards for residents and owners.
