Job summary

Real Property Management Express is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep homes safe, functional, and welcoming for residents. You’ll handle general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and light groundskeeping with pride and attention to detail.

You’ll also deliver courteous customer service, communicate clearly with residents, and work with the team to proactively care for properties and uphold high standards across a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc).
• Valid driver’s license required to travel between properties.
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks across units and common areas (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting).
• Assist with preventive maintenance, groundskeeping, and light appliance installation/repair.
