Pay Rate: $34.00 an hour plus $1.50 shift differential
Schedule: 2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm, Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities:

1. Routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on various equipment and systems.
2. Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
3. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
4. Understand robot functions and weld adjustments, jig adjustments, and fabrication.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, and general document maintenance activities.
6. General concept of automation.
7. Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

Required Qualifications:

1. Associate degree in Industrial maintenance or five (5) years experience.
2. Must have PLC experience (troubleshooting - no need for programming).
3. Robotic experience (Fanuc).
4. General maintenance experience - repairs on equipment (read schematics).
5. TIG/MIG welding and possess mechanical knowledge to perform repairs on equipment.
6. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical drawings, including Mitsubishi PLC programs.
7. Strong problem-solving skills on the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
8. Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues. Use of electrical meter.
9. Experience with Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Motoman, Panasonic robots.
10. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
11. Work well with others and unsupervised.
12. Good work ethics.
13. Maintain good attendance.
