Axiom Properties, Inc. is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support daily upkeep at a residential community in Sheboygan, WI. The role includes preparing homes for move-ins, addressing resident requests, and performing preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.

Responsibilities cover drywall work, painting, door/lock maintenance, and fixture replacements, with on-call rotation for emergencies and strict maintenance of work orders and records.

Formación

• Experience maintaining apartment communities or similar properties.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and carpentry.
• Ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently.
• Familiarity with work order systems and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining quality.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with seasonal property maintenance including snow removal and ice management.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergencies.
• Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed.

Location: Sheboygan, WI

Pay Range: $20 - $27 per hour depending on experience

We are seeking a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance operations of our residential community in Sheboygan.

What You'll Do

• Prepare apartment homes for new move-ins by completing maintenance and repair work.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Experience performing maintenance in apartment communities, residential properties, hotels, or similar environments.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general carpentry.
• Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently.
• Familiarity with work order systems and preventative maintenance programs.
• Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance requests while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Basic hand tools required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
