Bi-State Management, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our apartments and communities in top shape. You will perform general maintenance, assist with renovations, and handle basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in residential properties (multifamily a plus).
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and repair work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and maintain great customer service with residents.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools.
