Position Summary

We're looking for a skilled, reliable, and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in Sevierville, TN. In this role, you'll be the go-to problem-solver who keeps our vacation rental properties running smoothly and our guests happy. You'll tackle a wide variety of maintenance challenges—from plumbing and electrical work to HVAC repairs and general handyman tasks—using your technical expertise and practical skills to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are exactly alike. This position plays a critical role in ensuring each property is guest-ready, safe, and maintained to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, carpentry, etc.)
Troubleshoot and respond quickly to maintenance issues and guest-related service calls
Complete preventative maintenance and routine property inspections
Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs when necessary
Maintain maintenance logs and report completed work
Ensure properties meet company quality and safety standards
Assist with offboarding/onboarding property setup as needed

Required Qualifications

2+ years of general maintenance experience (property management or hospitality preferred)
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general handyman repairs
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to urgent issues
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
