Job summary

HOAMCO's Envy Residences in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team and keep common areas, pools, and facilities well-maintained.

This full-time role requires hands-on experience in building and grounds maintenance, basic electrical and plumbing, and a commitment to safety and excellent resident service. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years building and grounds maintenance experience.
• HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily property inspections and reporting service issues to supervisor.
• Perform basic mechanical, electrical, and grounds maintenance; manage vendor scheduling and maintenance of common areas and Work Order database.
• Keep property and surrounding areas free of debris; pool inspection and maintenance (CPO a plus).
• Perform minor repairs, touch-up painting, and irrigation repairs.
• Identify and report safety issues to management, and schedule annual safety inspections (roofs, storm drains, elevators).

Maintenance Technician - Envy Residences (Scottsdale, AZ)

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to work with our team to maintain our beautiful community. We're offering competitive wages and benefits for full-time employees. Overall maintenance experience is necessary. Minor electrical and plumbing, pool experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years building and grounds maintenance experience and HVAC experience preferred but not required Great customer services skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in a residential community (preferred) Ability to lift 50lbs or more
• Flexible scheduling, weekdays/weekends, holidays etc., and response to emergency calls

Job Duties:

• Daily property inspections & reporting of any/all service issues to supervisor.
• Perform basic mechanical, electrical and grounds maintenance - Vendor scheduling and monitoring Maintenance of common areas, maintaining Work Order database
• Keep property/flower beds/parking areas/common areas free of all debris and trash. Pool inspection and maintenance (CPO a plus).
• Perform minor repairs, touch up painting, and minor irrigation repairs.
• Identify and report any safety issues to management, scheduling an annual roof, storm drains, elevator and fire safety inspections.
