Capital Consultants Management Corporation in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to service our residential community and maintain facilities. Responsibilities include daily inspections, basic mechanical/electrical work, grounds maintenance, and coordination with vendors.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years building and grounds maintenance experience; HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Great customer service skills.
• Experience in a residential community (preferred).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Flexible scheduling, weekdays/weekends, holidays, and emergency calls.

Responsibilities

• Daily property inspections & reporting of service issues to supervisor.
• Perform basic mechanical, electrical and grounds maintenance; vendor scheduling and monitoring; maintain Work Order database.
• Maintain common areas, flower beds, parking areas, and curb appeal; pool inspection and maintenance (CPO a plus).
• Perform minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and minor irrigation repairs.
• Identify and report safety issues to management; schedule annual roof, storm drains, elevator and fire safety inspections.

Maintenance Technician - Envy Residences (Scottsdale, AZ)

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to work with our team to maintain our beautiful community. We’re offering competitive wages and benefits for full-time employees. Overall maintenance experience is necessary. Minor electrical and plumbing, pool experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

Job Duties:

• Daily property inspections & reporting of any/all service issues to supervisor.
