Job summary

HOAMCO is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for Envy Residences in Scottsdale, AZ. You will perform daily inspections, basic mechanical/electrical work, and maintenance of common areas within a residential community. Flexible scheduling and emergency responsiveness are required.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of building/grounds experience, HVAC experience preferred, and strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Pool experience and a willingness to lift heavy loads are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years building and grounds maintenance experience; HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Great customer services skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a residential community (preferred).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Flexible scheduling, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and on-call/emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Daily property inspections and report service issues to supervisor.
• Perform basic mechanical, electrical and grounds maintenance; schedule and monitor vendors.
• Maintain common areas; manage Work Order database.
• Keep property, flower beds, parking areas and common areas free of debris.
• Pool inspection and maintenance (CPO a plus).
• Perform minor repairs, touch-up painting, and minor irrigation work.
• Identify and report safety issues to management and schedule annual safety inspections (roof, storm drains, elevator, fire safety).

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to work with our team to maintain our beautiful community. We’re offering competitive wages and benefits for full-time employees. Overall maintenance experience is necessary. Minor electrical and plumbing, pool experience is a plus.

Job Duties
