Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems across the facility. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, read blueprints and manuals, and carry out basic welding and fabrication as needed.

The role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, PLCs, and motor controls.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial mechanics including gears, belts, sheaves, bearings and drive lines.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and equipment manuals.
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with PLCs, motor controls, AC/DC drives and 480V electrical distribution.
• Ability to perform basic welding and fabrication tasks.
• Skilled in reading and understanding technical documentation.
