Brookside Properties, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for Allora Apartment Homes in Savannah, GA. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance on buildings, grounds, and amenities, and prepare units for new residents.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• HVAC experience; EPA certification (Type II or Universal) preferred.
• CPO and swimming pool experience a plus.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Basic tools and reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
