Job summary

The NRP Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician in San Antonio, TX to support daily maintenance, grounds keeping, and housekeeping across apartment communities.

Under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will perform repairs, respond to service requests, and ensure safety protocols. Must have a High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license; CFC certification preferred within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC certification preferred and must be obtained within 90 days.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience.
• Basic computer skills and HVAC/maintenance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with maintenance of storage area and maintenance materials.
• Refurbish and renovate apartments per company standards.
