NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping services to ensure excellent curb appeal and quality of apartment homes, while responding to customer service requests.
Must be EPA Certified; responsibilities include preventative maintenance, refurbishing apartments, safety reporting, and coordinating with vendors as needed.
