Job summary

Management Support is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Villas of Vista Del Norte, a 13,500+ unit portfolio, located in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on reliable preventive maintenance, safety, and resident satisfaction within a fast-paced multifamily environment. Training is available, with opportunities for advancement as you grow skills.

Compensation is hourly, with a 40-hour full-time schedule and rotating weekends. Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k) and life insurance.

Qualifications

• More than one year experience in building trades/apartment maintenance.
• HVAC certification or willing to obtain (employer-paid).
• Basic electrical, plumbing, appliance maintenance and repair.
• Lift and carry 30 lbs up three flights of stairs if no elevator.
• Rotating on-call after-hours readiness.
• Valid driver's license with non-rated auto insurance to be verified.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Follow written policies.
• Work under Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager guidance.
• Promptly attend to preventive and routine maintenance and service requests.

We are looking for applicants who are confident that their maintenance skills will yield high productivity and advancement within our company. We can train applicants with prior experience in the trades, as well as applicants that have prior maintenance experience at other multifamily management companies. Compensation is based on experience and our anticipation of your performance.

Hourly pay rate is $22 - $25. The full-time work schedule is 40 hours, with rotating weekend coverage. Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
