Maintenance Technician Position at Mira Vista Apartments

We are hiring for a Maintenance Technician at our Management Support property with 390 apartment units.

We seek applicants confident in their maintenance skills, with opportunities for training in trades or experience at other multifamily management companies. Compensation depends on experience and performance.

Hourly pay ranges from $22.00 to $25.00. This is a full-time position, 40 hours/week, with rotating weekend coverage. Qualifications:

• Over one year of experience in building trades or apartment maintenance
• HVAC certification or willingness to obtain it (employer-paid)
• Basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair skills
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs. up three flights of stairs if no elevator is available
• Rotating on-call schedule for emergency response
• Valid driver's license and non-rated auto insurance
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to understand and follow written policies
• Work under supervision of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager
• Prompt and professional routine and preventive maintenance
• Timely completion of service requests and emergency repairs
