Job summary

Watermill Express is seeking a Service Representative to join our field team in California. You will drive a company vehicle to refill kiosks, perform daily cleaning, basic maintenance, and troubleshoot purified water and water-ice units across a defined route.

The role requires independence, reliability, and adherence to safety guidelines. Starting pay is $18–$19 per hour, with benefits including medical insurance, HSA contributions, 401(k) with match, paid holidays, and additional voluntary

• Clean motor vehicle record and valid driver’s license

Watermill Express is the national leader in refill kiosks that provide affordable, sustainable, safe drinking water and ice in a convenient drive‑up format.

As a Service Representative you will be assigned a company vehicle to use for your assigned route. Your basic job duties include safely driving to each refill kiosk, performing daily routine cleaning, basic maintenance, repair, and trouble‑shooting of our purified water and water and ice units.

This position works independently and you must take pride in your work. Starting pay is from $18-19/hour.

• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle

Required Education and Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working with hand tools is desirable
• Maintenance experience or previous training preferred

*This position is considered safety sensitive due to the essential requirement of operating a company vehicle on public roadways
