Job summary

Watermill Express is seeking a dedicated Service Representative to service refill kiosks along a designated route. This role is hands-on, independent, and not a sales position, focusing on upkeep, cleanliness, and operation.

You will drive a company vehicle, perform routine cleaning, basic maintenance, minor repairs, and troubleshooting to keep all kiosks fully functional for customers. The position offers a starting hourly rate of $16.00 with incentive pay, company benefits, and the opportunity

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with basic mechanical aptitude.
• Clean driving record and valid license required.
• Ability to work independently on a route with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with using hand tools and performing basic maintenance.

Watermill Express is the national leader in refill kiosks that provide affordable, sustainable, safe drinking water and ice in a convenient drive-up format.

As a Service Representative, you will be assigned a company vehicle and responsible for servicing a designated route of refill kiosks. This is not a sales position. This role is focused entirely on the upkeep, cleanliness, and proper operation of our refill kiosks. Your primary responsibilities include safely driving to each kiosk and performing routine cleaning, basic maintenance, minor repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure all water and ice kiosks are fully functional, clean, and operating at peak performance for customers. This position is highly independent and hands‑on. Success in this role requires taking pride in maintaining and cleaning equipment, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership over the condition and performance of each kiosk on your route.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Position

• Clean and sanitize the outside vending areas
• Verify component functionality
• Perform basic maintenance, repair, and trouble‑shooting of units
• Collect water samples
• Drive company vehicle to company locations/units throughout assigned area

Qualifications, Requirements, Basic Skills and Abilities

• Mechanically inclined
• Use and maintain hand tools
• Ability to work independently
• Clean motor vehicle record and current valid driver’s license

Minimum Physical Requirements Include

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Capable of climbing ladders, walking, standing, stooping and bending
• Ability to work safely in limited space inside water/water‑ice kiosk
• Ability to work in heat and cold
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
• Ability to work overtime including some weekend or evening work

Required Education and Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working with hand tools is desirable
• Problem solving related to plumbing, water treatment, and vending equipment preferred
• Maintenance experience or previous training preferred
