Job summary

Evara Health is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to perform a broad range of maintenance tasks across our sites in Saint Petersburg. You will handle carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs to keep our healthcare facilities safe and functional.

The role includes routine inspections, preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and support for overall facilities upkeep. You will be on-call for after-hours emergencies and engage with contractors as needed to ensure

• Experience with building maintenance equipment and tools.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of building maintenance tasks including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs to ensure a safe and functional environment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance using checklists to identify and address facility issues proactively.
• Handle minor repairs such as replacing electrical fixtures, unclogging drains, patching walls, painting, and fixing doors and locks.
• Support facilities upkeep by cleaning interior/exterior areas, moving furniture, receiving packages, and maintaining supply inventory.
• Monitor vaccine storage units, assist with contractor oversight, and remain on-call for after-hours maintenance emergencies.

About This Role:

Education and Experience

• Knowledge of Intermediate methods, practices and equipment used in building maintenance services
• Knowledge of Intermediate preventive maintenance activities

LICENSES, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION:

• Must have valid drivers license
• Must hold and maintain a clean driving record
