Job summary

Evara Health in Florida is seeking an OB/GYN physician to provide comprehensive women's health care across all life stages. You will deliver prenatal, labor, and postpartum care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address holistic needs.

Qualifications

• Current Florida medical license
• Active DEA registration
• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
• Hospital privileges at the center’s referral hospital
• Continuing education credits as required for licensing
• BLS certification and maintenance

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care across all life stages for women.
• Deliver prenatal, labor and postpartum care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address holistic patient needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and patient-centered approaches.

Valid Florida Medical License

Education & Experience:

• Valid and current State of Florida Medical License
• Valid and current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Registration Certificate
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in primary specialty. If Board Eligible, certificate should be obtained within 18-24 months from start of employment
• Maintains Hospital Privileges at the Center’s referral hospital
• Maintains Continuing Education Credits as required for licensing
• Maintains Basic Life Support Skills Certification
